Adriana Guillen was born in the small village in Guanajuato, Mexico. She grew up very humbly around farm animals; running on grassy hills; attending an elementary school of 15 children; cooking with fire stoves; and with no indoor plumbing. At the age of eight she moved with her family to the sunny Phoenix, Arizona to attempt a better life. The culture shock was immense but Adriana surpassed all obstacles.

Her first culinary accomplishment was on the show MasterChef making it to the cast of Season 4.  Since then she continues to work on many culinary projects like cooking demos and her own YouTube cooking show.  Until this day, she thanks her mom for being the best cooking instructor she could have ever hoped for.

Her specialty is authentic & rustic Mexican vegetarian cuisine.
